Full disclosure first
Vorentis is a technical-recruitment agency I co-built. This is not a client who might be being polite about the software; it is the system I run my own recruitment desk on. That cuts both ways: I have every incentive to make it good, and you can check it is real, because the site is public.
What runs there
- The public site and the CRM behind it, built from scratch. vorentis.co is live; the CRM behind it runs the desk every day.
- Candidate database with AI CV parsing. A CV comes in, the record builds itself. A branded Vorentis CV can be generated from any profile.
- Client shortlists matched straight from the database, in seconds instead of a folder hunt.
- Backups, reminders and the weekly digest run automatically. Nobody has to remember to do them.
- 25,000+ records, running smoothly on the same SharePoint-native pattern that is the default Sorapis build.
Why this matters if you're reading it
Most vendors show you a demo with sample data. This is the opposite: a production system with real volume, maintained today, that you can poke at from the outside. If you want to see the parts the public site does not show, that is a 20-minute screen share.
The short version: site + CRM built from scratch, AI CV parsing, instant client shortlists, automated operations, 25,000+ records in production. Built by the person you would be working with.
